What Causes Spotting, Light Headedness And Blurred Vision After Menstruation?
Hi, I just had my cycle on the 18th, lasted four days and went off, started lightly spotting on the 26th. The 27th, I was still lightly spotting, yet that evening it was accompanied by server cramping. Have been light headed and have been experiencing blurred vision, what is going on? Please help

i appreciate your concern
Looking at your history it seems to be PID or UTI associated with generalised weakness
In my opinion get your blood test for hemoglobin and a urine test
an ultrasound after consulting your doctor
have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
multivitamin with iron supplements
avoid strenuous exertion
