What Causes Spotting In A 44 Year Old Woman?

its that time of the month but I only have a bloody show when I wipe its bright to a dull red kinda slimy like and only sometimes had a few spots on my pad but this has been going on for 3 days I have my tubes ties and otherwise I feel fine could this be the start of menopause I am goiing to be 44

First the menses become more and more scanty, then they become spots and finally stop altogether. But the diagnosis of menopause requires 1 full year of absence of bleeding. If you are having no other problems you need not worry about anything, though it is advisable to take calcium supplements after menopause, preferably started in the perimenopausal time.

If in any future time spoting occurs you should definitely see your physician or an OBGYN specialist.
