Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Please take rest. Avoid jerky movements and lifting heavy weights.
Your treating doctor has rightly suggested you to take Natural micronized Progesterone tablets. It is protective for pregnancy.

To know the condition of the pregnancy,I will suggest you to get USG done. It will help to know about the viability and gestational age of the pregnancy.

I will also suggest you to take Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements. Take Vitamin C tablets two times a day for 5 to 7 days.

Usually this kind of bleeding subsides with the above mentioned treatment.
The things will be fine in the due course of time.
May God bless you with a bundle of Joy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
