What Causes Spotting Despite A Negative UPT?

hi so i missed my period last month. blood and hpt came back negative even though symptoms persisted. this month it was 2 days late and only lasted a day. I am very regular however this period that lasted one day instead of 7 only appeared during urinating and wiping whats wrong with me?

Thanks for letting us know your health concern. In the current scenario, I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation. You need to get a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs. You have to get urinalysis and also exclude other infections. Sudden weight changes and stress can cause menstrual disturbances. You may also need hormone studies. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
