What Causes Spotting And Pain During Urination?

I had an endometrial ablation done 10 years ago. I am 56 years old. A few days ago I had cramps and spotted, but only once. Since then I have had a lot of things start happening right afterward. I have urinary pain off and on, abdominal pain all throughout my abdominal area, almost like spasms or twinges and like its moving around, even into my back. I also have frequent urination. I dont know if these are all related or what but I am getting very scared that it may be ovarian cancer. I know it could be a lot of things but really nervous about the cancer. I should also tell you that about two weeks prior to this all happening i was taking a lot of advil/ibuprofin for daily sometimes twice a day for two weeks due to my plantar fasciatis. I have an appointment with my family Doctor next week but just getting really scared.
