What Causes Spotting And Headaches During Post Menopausal Period?
I am 5 years post menopausal. Recently I have encountered a bloody discharge when wiping myself. I put on a pad but nothing is coming down it is only there periodically when I wipe. I am not experiencing any pain but I experience nausea and light headedness with some occasional headaches. I am wonder what could be causing this.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is bleeding p/v and it is the menopause then it need to be taken seriously, better to get done the ultrasonography test, in menopause headache and nausea are common symptoms and this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
