Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The most likely cause of the burning sensation is the bruising of the labia subsequent to the use of tampon/napkin for a prolonged period. This should get well with rest, application of icepacks and ventilation. Zincoxide creams may be applied under medical supervision if needed. The spotting is mostly a side effect of the pill and needs proper evaluation. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
