What Causes Spotting Along With Severe Stomach Cramps?
I am 42 been under massive amount of stress my boyfriend is sterilized I have not had any other sexual partners but him..my period is about 3 weeks late I have been spotting for two days and have had massive cramping,i have crest syndrome and fibromyalgia and endometrioses..my periods only last 2-3 days.....what could be wrong.

Either of the conditions you have been diagnosed with can interfere with your menstrual cycle resulting in abnormalities. I would also like to point towards a possible early onset of menopausal symptoms, which would be worth ruling out. Please consider visiting a doctor
