Hi.
As per your case history we need to get further details like g
What type of rash occurs?
Whether there is itching on it?
Is there any history of contact allergy?

Probable diagnosis would be irritant contact dermatitis localised on left shoulder or bug bite.

Apply a antibiotic cream like fusiderm once and soothing lotion like calamine on it once at night.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
