What Causes Spots On Back And Arms?

I have theses light spts on my back and arms, the one on back bleng In however the one on my arms a slightly raised off like u can scratch It and it will look like dry skin. I assume its lota. Im using a cream. It dont work what to do? Is there a Diet to prevent or get rid of lota skin desease? Please help

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of spots on back and arms as dirt and moisture get trapped by your clothing and the friction that comes from sitting can cause these. It could be hyper-pigmentation. I would suggest you to keep this area clean and dry. You should apply warm compresses with soaked towel and apply vitamin C serum at night. Avoid exposure to sunlight.

If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will examine physically along with blood test and sample for lab test. Doctor may prescribe immuno-suppressants and may prescribe Benzoyl peroxide ointment.
