Since you are doing strengthening exercises, it may cause tears in the blood vessels leading to bruising. Go easy with your body to avoid post workout bruising.
Icing the affected area may bring relieve. Topical application of vitamin K creams speeds up the recovery process.
Bruises can also get relieved by applying
aloe vera & arnica oil. Bruises may not always be markers of serious health problems but sometimes they may be.
However, since you have been having symptoms of
numbness &
tingling you are suggested to visit a
Neurologist & get clinically examined.
Get Nerve Conduction tests & Nerve biopsy done to detect any developing
peripheral neuropathy. Get EMG & EEG done to be on the safer side.
In the meantime you can take vitamin B6, B12 with minerals supplements.
