What Causes Sperm Leakage During Day Time?
Hi,is it possible for my partner to leak semen while he is at work,eventhough we have had intercourse that morning.He has had a vasectomy and says that semen still comes out after intercourse.I not sure what to believe as his underwear most days have deposits of semen on them after work.Is it possible as he claims he is not cheating or masturbating.

Usually vasectomy won't cause semen leakage. After vasectomy only precum or prostatic secretions may be ejaculated.
But semen leakage may be seen in pathological conditions like
1. Nocturnal emissions.
2. Medication side effects.
3. Prostate problems.
4. Nerve injury.
Please consult your doctor, he will examine and check for it then treat you accordingly.
