Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your pain under left rib cage does not seem to be related to your gall bladder surgery.

It could be either muscular pain or acute gastritis because of which you are also having nausea and stomach bloating.

You should do some tests like complete blood count,ESR and ultrasound abdomen to rule out possibility of infection and also follow-up for your gall bladder surgery.

You should consult your operating surgeon for that follow-up and he will know about the rib pain and can prescribe you analgesics with antacids (available over the counter also).

Regards,
