What Causes Spasms In The Chest And Back?

Have stomach radiating into my chest and back after I eat. Feels like spasms and not a heart issue. 3 years ago I had the laparoscopic fundiflugation (msp) procedure done due to a large spinzure(msp). My small intestine had a small pylori so it gets sluggish at times.

Hi,

Spastic pains are mainly because of intestinal, biliary or renal spasm. Any of the above mentioned spastic pain can radiated front and back. Besides all of them can cause bowel trouble directly or indirectly.

So to confirm the cause you need to get examined by the surgeon and if necessary ultrasound abdomen is also needed. So consult a surgeon for proper management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
