What Causes Spasms In The Buttocks And Pain In The Legs?
hello , i have a spasms in my left buttock and then causing pain to go down my left leg and make a tingling feeling in my left foot. i am 60 have m.s. and am diabetic..the spasms are almost all the time. i cannot hardly bend over without terrible spasms thank you

That can occur due to compression of sciatic nerve at gluteal region.
As you are old that is the most likely due to as the age increases the degenerative process in spine can occur and root compression. Start which cause this pain and tingling.
