Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Difficulty in urinating or soreness inside the rectum are not determining
factors for need of hysterectomy .

* These symptoms are not common to be faced after hysterectomy .

* The soreness in rectum seems in concern with constipation .

* Discomfort during urination , needs UTI suspicous to be evaluated
with lab tests .

* Proper work up for the evaluation of the cause and further management
is mandatory .

Hope this will help you for sure .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further guidance .
Regards .
