What Causes Soreness On The Left Foot?

i have a constant soreness in left foot on bottom left side. when touched in pin pointed area feels as if glass were cutting me. hurts really bad. had x-ray nothing in foot. ankle swells and joints get really stiff foot and ankle turn red and obtain heat. sensitive to heat and touch.

Hi,

Most probably it will be due to minor contusion or thin fractures. We have to rule out possibilities like plantar fasciitis also. As of now you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persists, better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
