What Causes Soreness In The Mouth And Anxiety?

I have a swollen salivary gland, also I have sores in my mouth. I also am getting pins and needles through my neck and body. It is really making nervous I can t seem to quit thinking about it. I can t seem to sleep and I think about all the time, my body does not feel right. This been going for about 2 months. I had an ultra sound, MRI and blood work done. But something is wrong I can just tell. My anxiety is over whelming and I m scared. I just know my body and I feel that something is just not right. Any insight would be helpfull thanks so Brett.
