General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests general malaise due to underlying breast infection.

As the antibiotic will show up the effects over the existing pathogens you will start feeling better within 48 hours or so.

The nausea is drug-induced gastritis and can be very well controlled with Omeprazole or Ranitidine intake together.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
