What Causes Soreness In Knee And Hip Joints Despite Taking Prednisone?

I have really sore joints especially knees and hips feet feel like they were froze and are thawing out like a thousand little needles using predisone to be able to cope and fatigued all the time use to being active this problem has been going on for nearly two years and getting worse by the day only 55 years old and male

as mentioned the symptoms the question to ask - any MRI of the knee or lumbar spine is performed.
this test will reveal the extent of soft tissue Injury.

as for symptoms, first line is to take hot water fermentation for pain relief. Performing exercises like -
core stability
pelivc floor muscle Strengthening
spine muscle Strengthening
gluleus muscle Strengthening
quadriceps & hamstring muscle Strengthening
will help reduce the symptoms and also will make you stronger and the symptoms can be reduced.
