What Causes Soreness In Breast Along With Production Of Milk?

my breast are sore and producing breast milk. I have two children ages 5 and 7 I did breastfeed with both as babies but it has been a good 4 years since I last breastfed-and a good 3 years since I stopped producing breast milk. I don t know why this is all the sudden happening it is very painful-and confusing----please help!
