What Causes Soreness And Swollen Glands In The Pelvic Area?

My pelvic area is sore and I have swollen glands or something on both sides I also have about five white bumps, two on my clitoris and the others on the outer wall of my clitoris. It burns when i urinate sometimes but they aren t itchy or wet they are dry & look like warts & stings if I touch them. I have no fevers or anything I feel perfectly normal, what s going on?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Do you have any risky unprotected sexual intercourse recently. If yes then it can be most likely due to STD. In such case you should go for tests like chlamydia and gonorrhoea by taking local Swabs. Also VDRL , HIV and HBSAg if it is already one month after exposure. Even if it is negative I would recommend doxycycline antibiotic therapy for 1 week in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
