What Causes Soreness And Sharp Pain Under The Foot And Knees?
Hi, I have a really sore arch under my foot like sharp piercing pains, my knees are also really sore and it s been going in for a couple of years. It limits my activities and my friends say that I m walking funny becaaue of the pain. Thanks really want to know what s going on :)

Hi there.
You could be suffering from Plantar fascitis. You cab use soft silicone inserts in your footwear. Use night foot drop splints. Take Ibuprofen 200mg twice a day over a meal for pain relief. Consult your Orthopaedic surgeon for a proper examination and treatment.
