What Causes Soreness And Pain In The Rib Cage?
I was sitting watching TV last night when I suddenly got an ache in what feels like my ribs on the left side. I ve been sore all day and it hurts more when I make movements like getting in and out of the car. That is very painful. It feels better when I pull my shoulders back and walk that way.

It is musculoskeletal disorder. Please undergo a chest X-ray AP view and cervical spine X-ray. Maintain a proper posture while sitting, standing and lying down. You may take skeletal muscle relaxant as Chlorzoxazone.
