What Causes Soreness And Irritation In The Penile Foreskin?
Out of the blue for absolutely no reason at all, my foreskin became irritated and has continued to be sore, swollen and has become difficult to pull back. Blood thinners have almost done away with any intercourse and I do not masturbate, thus there would seem to be no reason for this development. Any suggestions?

Based on the given history you seem to be suffering from a condition called phimosis with infection. Phimosis is due to the inability to retract the foreskin covering the glans (head) of the penis.
Improper hygiene can contribute to infection. I would recommend over the counter anti-fungal cream that contains nystatin or clotrimazole and hydrocortisone cream.
Consult a general surgeon if you do not get relief from the above medications for proper evaluation and treatment which may involve surgical excision of the foreskin (circumcision).
