General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Fever, sore throat and sick feeling indicates infection in your throat(acute tonsillitis/adenoiditis).The rest of the symptoms can accompany any infection in our body.So all these symptoms can be brought down by treating throat infection.I usually give azithromycin/amoxicillin+clavulonate to my patients, along with paracetamol.Meanwhile, you avoid cold drinks and do frequent warm saline gargles.
I hope you will find this information useful.Thank you.
