Hello,

You are having acid reflux associated with symptoms of throwing up, pain abdomen after eating food. You are also suffering from belching and diarrhea. You are suggested to take PPIs and antacids for relieve, one SOS when needed. You can take spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS to relief abdominal discomfort. Get clinically examined by a GP, get Liver function tests done to detect any problem with the liver. Get urinalysis and investigations (blood and imaging tests) done.

Acid reflux and belching also occurs due to acidity, IBS, gastritis or in esophageal or gastric ulcers. Diagnostic tests done to rule out ulcers. You will be treated according to the pathology detected. In the meantime stop taking oily, spicy food. Avoid trans fat, full fat dairy products, red meat, raw veggies and fruits. Take well cooked, home made food good for the liver. Prefer taking boiled food over fried food for a couple of days. You can take well cook whole cereals, well cooked fruits, veggies and lean meat.

Take food that is easily digestible. Maintain your eating time table. Take small amount of food multiple times a day. Stay well hydrated, take boiled water. Give yourself adequate quality sleep. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
