What Causes Sore Throat With A White Spot On The Area?
I awoke yesterday with one side of my throat sore but I didn t worry too much. It became worse as the day went on and I now have a white spot on the area of greatest soreness. Doctor or no try to wear it out? I m 59 and taking Methotexate and Humera.

It may be due to sore throat.
For that continue Saline or Betadine gargles twice a day.
Take steam inhalation.
Take hygienic food and water.
In case of fever you may require antibiotics after physician consultation.
Keep your self hydrated
