What Causes Sore Throat, Headache, Tiredness And Swallowing Difficulty?
I have a sore throat, headache, tired,very tender neck to touch,getting hard to swallow, tight feeling in throat, enlarged lymph in neck, no fever, no visible blistering, I do not smoke, I am in my 50 s, Ibuprofen helps but symptoms reappear next day, though I get my energy back after taking Ibuprofen..this has been going on for about 3 days

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms may be due to hyperacidity and better to stop taking Ibuprofen it may flairs up the symptoms, if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest the following treatment Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day, try to come out of the stress if you ever have this hope this information helps.
