What Causes Sore Throat And Constant Sneezing?

I have a sore throat early in the morning but it goes away as the day progresses and then comes back the next morning. I have a blocked and runny nose. And I am sneezing constantly. I have had these symptoms for 4 days. Do I have a common cold? What medication should I take?

Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Make sure you gets plenty of rest and drinks a lot of fluids.
-Use a humidifier.
-Inhale steam
-Have chicken broth or warm tea with honey.
-gargle with warm salt water
-In case of fever take ibuprofen 400 mg every 4-6 hours
