What Causes Sore Throat Along With Fever And Headache?
My 18 year old daughter went to the dr Friday with sore throat, fever and headache. Strep and flu test negative. Still has fever which now is 101.4 which is the highest with headache and sore throat. Dr. said it was viral. I was just concerned. Thank you

Yes, she may be suffering from viral fever with viral pharyngitis.
Use tablet Paracetamol. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
Drink plenty of water, avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
