What Causes Sore Nipples Post Intake Of Prednisone And Keflex?

My nipples are sore when I press them, this didn t start until after I started taking prednisone and keflex antibiotics for a tonsil infection. I also take tramadol for pain and I m currently on orthro tricycle birth control. Could all this medicine be causing this change? I m not pregnant, multiple hpt taken and all negative.

Hello dear,
Prednisolone and keflex does not cause sore nipple.
But I think it may be due to Birth control pill which contain estrogen
Apply hot pack that give you relief.
