What Causes Sore Glands, Back Pain And Swollen Lymph Nodes In Elbows?

I just got back from a camping trip. I have had a headache for a couple of days, a sore throat, back pain and have been pretty tired. My glands in my throat felt very sore, and I just noticed that I also seem to have swollen lymph nodes on the underside of my elbows. Should I be worried? What could be going on?

I can understand your concern.
This could be viral infection.
I recommend the following.
