Hello,

Sore breast could be due to hormonal changes in the body depending on which phase of menstrual cycle you are in large blisters could be due to allergy of some new food item or any new product if you have used. Advice to meet allergy specialist or dermatologist to know what is the reason for the blisters.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
