What Causes Sore Breast Along With Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Cramps?

hello my name is Melanie and I m 22 yrs old ive bee recently experiencing sore breast for example they feel like a thousand pounds also ive been have the worst lower back pains and mild cramps. My fiancé and I are sexually active and I was wondering if I could be pregnant bc today I woke up with very light blood but only appeared when I wiped so i put on a tampon to see if I could track my period myself bc I m not supposed to have it yet. It s not like my regular first day period it s very light but blood does appear on the pad but very little and appears more when I wipe. Is that normal should I be worried?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a transient symptom due to hormonal changes.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
