What Causes Sore And Visible Vein In Chest And Fluttering Spasms Under Breast?

I HAVE A VEIN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY CHEST THAT IS VISIBLE AND IS SORE. I JUST HAD A STRESS TEST DONE AND EVERYTHING IS NORMAL WITH MY HEASRT. THE AREA IS VERY SORE TO THE TOUCH. I ALSO HAVE BEEN HAVING FLUTTERING SPASMS JUST UNDER THE LEFT BREAST AREA. I AM A 53 YEAR OLD MALE.

No need to worry for heart diseases because your stress test is normal.
Possibility of skin infection like herpes zoster is more in your case.
It is viral infection of skin caused by skin contact.
It is commonly seen in chest area.
Herpes causes pain, redness, itching and venous engorgement (dilatation of veins) in localised chest area.
So better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination of your local part.
You may need antiviral, painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.
