OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

The breast condition you have described may be fibro-adenosis you need to take Primrose capsules for 15 days for it. Spotting may be because of withdrawal of hormones. If You have missed your period please get Urine pregnancy test done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shrikrushna Chavan, OB & GYN Specialist
