hello, u have allergic rhinits. sequence of sneezes--- running nose- nasal blockahe are d events wiil happen in allergic rhinitis. as u need to stop working in dusty environment,prevent chilled climate conditions, stopping chilled drinks,stopping smoking are d simple preventive measures.flomist(fluticasone) nasal sprey 2 puffs/twice daily for 1 month can be tried as active treatment.
