What Causes Smell Coming From Nose And Mouth With Nausea And Weakness?

i ve got a peptic ulcer diease , i take medications. i am starting to feel bad w..ith a bad smell coming from my nose and mouth. my stool is maroon in color, i ve been feeling bad for several weeks. i am experancing weakness and vomiting and nose bleed. what should i do.

hello, thanks for your query, nose bleeds and foul smell from nose , peptic ulcer with maroon color stools needs to be evaluated with bolld tests to rule out any bleeding disorder or h. pylori infection or infection in nose and sinuses. visit an ent surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment. mean time, you cut down spicy foods, maintain timely meals, stop smoking and alcoholism, take cold milk. for nasal decongestant and antacids u have to visit an ent surgeon . all the best. take care.
