What Causes Small White Spots On The Labia Majora?

I have tiny white dots on the inside of my vaginal are, they kinda look like pimples. They Dont itch or hurt or anything. Only a few times have they burned really bad but not recently. I sweat a lot also. I had them for probably 3 years. Im to shy to go to the doctors and ask my grandpa to take me.. Im only 15 years old.. Please help i don t know what they are and researching it doesn t help much.. Thank you I would appreciate if you reply back

I have gone through ur msg and understand your concern.
these tiny dots are generally benign and caused due to poor hygiene,over sweating. only reason for them to be concerned is the itching part. Itching means there is a infection,or allergic reaction.
i dont see any reason to be worried.
just keep watch and see if it increases.
