What Causes Small Red Patches Above The Elbows?

I have small red patch above both elbows . Does not itch or hurt . Was told might be allergy related . Had blood test to rule out some things . Was told could not do skin testing because might have a response to testing because of patches already there

You have small red patch above both the elbows. Whether they are multiple or single isolated, increasing in size needs to be known.
Currently you are not having any itch or pain. But according to your history and site of lesions this seems to be fungal infection.
My advice is apply antifungal+steriod (combination) cream thrice daily on the lesion. Take Oral antihistamics like levocetrizine twice daily for three days.
Keep the area clean and dry. Apply Warm water fomentation at the lesion. This will soothe you and remove any desire of itch or scratch.
