I have these growth on my head they re about the size of a nickel. what do I do I popped two of them so far and it s a thick white puss that comes out. I have had three on my head for 6-8 years they just started swelling up and hurting for the first time
Hello, Thanks for the query. You might have developed Folliculitis. Folliculitis is a bacterial infections. Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests. Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis. Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given. Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
