Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied this report and it shows that she is having disc herniation. But it is in very early stage and not causing nerve compression. I would suggest you following.
1.First get a repeat MRI ss it is very old report and there is chances that herniation is advanced now.
2.learn back muscle strengthening exercise. This will make your back pain cured.
3.Tablet myospsz or myoril is helpful for back pain. You should also apply voletran ointment and hot water fomentation.
4.wear lumbosacral belt. This will offer help in back pain.
5. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal is also helpful.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is anything else you want to know.
Thanks
