What Causes Small Blood Blisters On My Scrotum?

Hi Doctor, I have small blood blisters on my scrotum. Occasionally they rupture and bleed. I have had these for several years. They are not painful; they do not itch. I am a 62 year old male. I take a 81 mg aspirin daily and 20 mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure. Should these blisters be a concern. How can I remove them. Jon

Hello
Thanks for query. The blood blisters on scrotum that you are getting frequently is ostly due to sub patiechial hemorrhages due to Aspirin,

Discuss this with your treating Physician and explore possibility of reducing the dose of Aspirin or discontinue taking it for a couple of weeks and observe for any improvement or changes.
