What Causes Small Black And Blue Spots On The Groin Area?

I had what felt like a black and blue spot on the groin area which turned into what looked like an infected bite? Washing with soap and water and usin Neosporin and after a week there is now an open hole in the middle of it..spots of blood from it yesterday...of course it burns after applying the Neosporin...58 year old, female, 180 lbs.

In view of this please see a dermatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription I

Meanwhile please take some analgesic and antibiotics pending your appointment
