What Causes Small And Painless White Bumps Under The Head Of Penis?

Hello, I have a question. I have recently noticed small and painless white bumps under the head of my penis. I have tried to find answers online, but have not found anything. Idk how they have been there, as I recently noticed them a few days ago. Do you have any idea what it could possibly be?

Hello,

The condyloma by HPV virus can be possible as per the description of the lesion in history.

Kindly post a photo of the lesion and mention whether you have any sexual activities history present or not.

According to the cause-specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
