What Causes Slight Urine Incontinence And Protruding Clitoris While Coughing?

Hi, since having 2 children I have found that I release urine when I sneeze, cough, jump up and down etc. Recently it has got worse. I am 51 now and fairly fit. I have a cough and I feel that the top of my vagina is coming out each time I cough and noticed that I have a slight pine discharge. It might be my imagination but over the last few years I feel that my vagina shape is slightly different and tampax has a habit of slipping down which is very uncomfortable. What should I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having lax perineum muscles or might be having prolapse of bladder giving rise these symptoms.
Consult Gynaec and get examined and investigated.
Do pelvic floor exercises daily.
Ok and take care.
