What Causes Slight Throbbing In Lower Pelvic Area?

Hello i am a 29 yearol male black who noticed a slight throbbing in my lower left pelvic area. it does not hurt or cause any discomfort just a wierd feeling when noticed. I have also noticed that i typically have a weak stream during urination and have to go more often. Also i have noticed so.etimes i will have two streams while urinating as well. As far as my mwdical history no major problems or sirgery other than the occassional cold and tonsils being removed.
