General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be signs of a basilar-type migraine however sometimes tension or anxiety disorders may exacerbate such headaches.

It's better to use analgesic like acetaminophen and monitor blood pressure.

If pain doesn't settle ibuprofen or Naproxen may be needed. If sleeplessness persists, sleeping pill may be needed. A neurologist or psychiatrist consultation is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
