Hi,
Your grandfather is taking multiple medications and all of them seem to be involved with the central nervous system. They all appear to be anti-anxiety or anti-depression drugs. You have not mentioned any indications for these drugs but interaction between these drugs and side effects do constitute reactions like drowsiness, head ache, mental confusion, hypo-tension and even sleep problems.

Too many drugs can be toxic and lead to severe side effects. Some of them are even addictive.

The latest addition of Clodrel is an anti-platelet agent and is necessary in the elderly and it could not have led to falling. However, if he is drowsy or weak, falling can result in fracture and severe associated morbidity.

Sleeplessness often leads to severe early morning headache. Sleeping at the right time and having a good sleep is important. Hot water bath, Early dinner along with reduced distractions should get him a good sleep.

Hope i have helped you in understanding the present condition. If you have any future queries, happy to help again.
